The service provided was incredibly helpful, even though there was a language barrier. The location, while not ideal for tourists, was situated in a hamlet above Tarsia, between mainland and Sicily. The dining experience went beyond our expectations with excellent meals cooked, including boiled eggs on our request. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative points to consider.
